The State of Marketing and Sales Alignment in 2025

Recent research from Mutiny reveals that while most marketers and salespeople claim to be aligned with each other, two-thirds say they think about replacing their counterparts.

According to the report, only 34% of respondents feel positive after meeting with their counterparts, and 15% are actively planning to replace them.

However, more than half of respondents are actively working on improving collaboration between Marketing and Sales, suggesting a desire to bridge the gap between the two departments.
