How Many Days a Week Do Hybrid Workers Want to Be in the Office?

According to recent research, most employees who prefer hybrid work would like to spend 2-3 days in the office.

The report was based on a survey of 1,250 full-time employees conducted in April 2024.

Among those who prefer a hybrid setup, 41% want to work in-person three days a week and 27% want to work in-person two days a week.
