The researchers found employers expect them to be able to manage, develop, and create. The top responsibilities were media strategy and paid social.
45% of the job listings included the requirement for a bachelor's degree, and employers often look for communication skills. The most in-demand tool skills are Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
