The Top Challenges to Meeting Productivity

Nearly half of HR leaders believe meeting culture is a major challenge for their companies, according to research from Time Is Ltd. and Ascend2. The survey of 255 human resources leaders identified issues with meeting length, frequency, and outcomes.

41% of HR leaders say meeting culture is a top challenge to a successful employee experience. 67% of HR executives agree that empowering employees to decide whether or not to attend meetings would improve productivity.

The research was conducted in December 2021 and the findings were reported in the report, 'The Evolving Workforce: HRs Identity Crisis'.
