Can AI-Written Blog Posts Rank Well on Google Search?

Researchers at Semrush analyzed 20,000 blog posts to see if AI-generated content performs as well as human-written content on Google Search.

They found that both types of content rank similarly, but human-written content is more likely to end up in the Top 5 search results.

According to a survey of 700 marketers and SEOs, 31% say their AI-written content performs the same as human-written, and 33% say it performs better.
