Web Accessibility: Is Your Marketing Campaign Reaching Its Maximum Audience?

In our digital-first society, creating accessible content for people with disabilities is essential. Without it, we risk missing out on reaching a significant portion of the population. With legal obligations and consumer values in mind, brands should strive for inclusive content that reaches the maximum possible audience.

When creating campaigns, include people with disabilities in authentic representation, and ensure video content is accessible for those who are deaf or have partial hearing loss, blind or have low vision, or have a cognitive disability. Websites and emails should be structured to allow logical navigation and avoid bright flashes, while text should be jargon-free and easy to understand.

Accessible content doesn't just benefit people with disabilities, but is more useable for everyone. Taking the time to ensure your content is accessible will reap rewards and contribute to a more inclusive internet.
