MarTech surveyed 443 marketers in the second quarter of 2023 and found that the replacement rate of key marketing technologies is consistent with recent years. The most commonly replaced martech tools are marketing automation platforms, SEO software, and work/product management solutions.

The top reasons for replacing martech tools are an improved customer/digital experience, cost, and integration capabilities.

The report is based on data from a survey of 443 marketers conducted in the second quarter of 2023.
