Recent research from Ipsos suggests that the most important attributes for building trust in an organization are keeping promises and being transparent.
43% of survey respondents believe that keeping promises is one of the most important attributes and 42% believe that being open and transparent is also important. Face-to-face interactions are the most trusted media channel, while only 17% of those surveyed trust social media companies.
The research was based on a survey of 21,503 people age 16 and older from 29 countries conducted in June and July, 2021.
