What B2B Buyers Want From Vendor Websites

According to recent research from Demand Gen Report and Demandbase, B2B buyers prioritize relevant content and pricing/competitive information when evaluating potential solutions on vendor websites.

The survey of 257 B2B marketing, sales, and IT executives involved in purchasing decisions revealed that 65% of buyers look for easy access to relevant content and 65% look for pricing and competitive information. Additionally, 56% of buyers began their search with a web search and 39% used vendor websites.

The research also showed that content from the winning vendor had a significant impact on buyers' decisions, with 79% of buyers saying it had a significant impact on their most recent purchase.
