What are the 2025 trends shaping marketing, communication, writing, our lives? This is Ann Handley's annual list of What's In, What's Out for a new year.
According to a recent report from Sagefrog, most B2B marketers do not expect a decrease in their marketing budget for 2024.
The report, based on a survey of 2,400 marketers in various B2B industries, reveals that 48% expect their budget to increase, 25% expect it to stay the same, and only 27% expect a decrease.
The top areas of spend for 2024 are expected to be in-person tradeshows/events, direct marketing, content marketing, and directories/sponsorships, whereas the top priorities are to improve measurement and launch new products/services.
