Most marketers and salespeople say B2B buyers are less trusting of prospecting today compared with in the past, according to recent research.

Most marketers expect business to be better in 2024 than in 2023, according to WARC's survey of 1,400+ marketers. 61% expect business to improve, and 41% expect their budgets to increase, with YouTube and TikTok as the top channels for increased spend.
54% of marketers say brand metrics have the greatest impact on their marketing strategy. Additionally, 39% say measurement is one of their top concerns for 2024.
