B2B GTM leaders' top priority for 2024 is to strengthen alignment among teams. A survey of 275 B2B GTM executives revealed that 52% of respondents prioritize strengthening Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success alignment.
Other top priorities include enhancing the customer experience, increasing brand awareness, and increasing efficiency of internal processes. 56% of respondents said efficiency was the area that needed most improvement.
Most B2B GTM leaders expect their use of AI to grow significantly in the year ahead. Those who have been experimenting with AI the longest are most likely to agree.
