According to research from Sagefrog, Apple is the most trusted brand among B2B professionals. The survey asked respondents which brands they trust, and assigned them a Trust Factor Score. Brands in the exceptional group included Apple (1st), Adobe (2nd), and Microsoft (3rd).
In the excellent group, HubSpot ranked first, UPS second, and Costco third. IBM was the first in the good group, followed by Intel and Johnson and Johnson. The report was based on data from a survey conducted in 2022 among more than 1,500 B2B professionals.
Overall, Apple was the most trusted brand, and the researchers assigned each brand a Trust Factor Score and categorized them into one of three groups. These results provide insights into how B2B professionals view different brands.
