The 10 Brands Americans Feel Most Intimately Connected to in 2021

According to recent research from MBLM, Apple, Amazon, and Disney are the major brands people in the US feel most intimately connected to. Apple was found to be the most "intimate" brand overall, followed by Amazon, Disney, Target, YouTube, Toyota, Walmart, Costco, Harley-Davidson, and Google.

Women feel most intimately connected to Apple and Amazon, while men feel most connected to YouTube and Samsung. Furthermore, different age and income brackets had their own most intimate brand. 18-34 year olds felt most connected to Apple, and those with an income of $150,000+ felt most connected to Costco.

The report was based on data from a survey of 3,000 US consumers. It polled participants to understand their emotional connections with popular brands, assigning each one a Brand Intimacy Quotient score from 1-100.
