The Top Challenges Businesses Face With Data Integration
Security and governance are the biggest obstacles businesses face when trying to integrate data from various sources, according to recent research.
According to Uplers, two-thirds of digital agencies have experienced a decrease in revenue as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. 9% of agencies reported that their total revenue dropped by half or more, while 32% reported a decrease of less than 30%.
47% of agencies experienced a decrease in leads, while 27% saw an increase. To combat the impact of the pandemic, agencies explored new channels for new clients, offered new services to existing clients, and prospected in new industries.
The report was based on data from a survey of over 130 digital agencies from around the world. It provides insight into how the pandemic has impacted digital agencies and the steps they have taken to address it.
