How to Craft Your Brand's Elevator Pitch

An elevator pitch should be a carefully crafted script to explain who you are and what makes your brand stand out. It should answer four questions: Who are you? What do you do? What makes you unique? What makes you different? It should aim to get people interested in your brand and its value proposition in 45 words or less.

Your elevator pitch should be consistent and practiced to make a strong impression. You can use the same pitch in any situation and should use clear, appealing language that brings your brand to life. You can use five tips to make it more memorable: be brief, explain why before what, make it relevant, master and repeat words, and test your message.

Test your revised elevator pitch on others, and when perfected, be sure to rehearse it. You want to be ready the next time you meet a prospect in an elevator.
