52% of respondents are somewhat prepared to optimize their brand visibility for generative AI search platforms and assistants. They are interested in understanding the advantages and impact on customer acquisition.

Data privacy concerns and understanding the technology are top challenges for marketing leaders developing strategies for generative AI platforms and assistants. The report is based on a survey of 300 marketing leaders.
