Business leaders have concerns about generative AI in areas such as data security, cost, accuracy, and transparency, according to recent research from Lucidworks.
The report, based on data from a survey conducted in April and May 2024, found that 46% of respondents worry about data security, 43% about implementation cost, 36% about response accuracy, and 35% about decision transparency for generative AI.
Business leaders are increasingly worried about generative AI in 2024 compared to 2023. Only 25% of planned investments have been fully implemented so far, with even fewer revenue and cost reduction initiatives implemented.
