Aha Media conducted a study to find out if healthcare professionals prefer clear, plain language in B2B content. 80% of respondents said they prefer Option B with shorter sentences and less jargon. 68% said they'd be likely to reach out to the company after reading the plainer description.
The research showed that the plainer language was easier to understand and did a better job of explaining the company's services. The study was conducted with more than 150 healthcare professionals who make buying decisions.
Overall, the results demonstrate that using plain language in B2B healthcare content is beneficial, as it increases the likelihood of healthcare professionals reaching out to learn more.
