They can be used throughout the customer lifecycle, from sales pitches to customer onboarding. Explainer videos can also be used in email marketing campaigns, virtual events, and advertising.

Videos encourage buyers to make a decision and they open up an entire world of opportunity. For example, they can be used in sales pitches, customer onboarding, and email marketing. For virtual events and tradeshows, they can be used to preface who you are and what your business does, or used at the end to lead viewers to getting started with your company.

Explainer videos can also be used for advertising, as they are more likely to grab consumer attention than static images. They can be trimmed into multiple clips to be used as ad creatives and targeted to a specific audience.
