81% of B2B buyers are more likely to make a purchase if the seller shows an understanding of their business, and personalization becomes more important as deal size increases.

The report, based on data from the survey, highlights the importance of sales personalization for B2B buyers in the tech and financial services industries with at least 250 employees.
