Marketers are more likely to cite inadequate/inaccurate data, salespeople a lack of unified view, and customer success professionals ineffective leadership.
The top priority to improve communication should be alignment among teams according to marketers and salespeople, while customer success professionals say better use of technology should be prioritized. 69% of respondents are working towards better alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
The survey was conducted in March 2022 among 507 B2B marketing, sales, and customer success professionals in the US.
