According to a survey by Tinuiti, younger Americans use AI platforms like ChatGPT more frequently than older Americans. The survey was conducted in November 2025 among 1,037 adults in the US.
67% of Gen Z and millennials use AI platforms at least weekly, compared to 55% of Gen X and 39% of baby boomers. 54% of Gen Z and millennials say they are using AI more than they were a year ago, while only 38% of older generations report the same.
Gen Z and millennials are also more likely to use platforms like Character AI and Sora, compared to baby boomers. The survey was based on data from a survey conducted in November 2025 among 1,037 adults in the US.
