According to a survey by Adience, B2B buyers' top frustrations with vendors include poor/repetitive questions, irrelevant materials, and not understanding the industry or use case.
Vendors often misunderstand buyers' company priorities, industry-specific pain points, and technical requirements and constraints, according to respondents.
Buyers say staying current with market trends, interpreting and using data, and understanding and applying AI tools will be the most important skills for themselves in the next one to two years.
