SMBs' Biggest Frustrations With Marketing Right Now

SMB decision-makers say their biggest current marketing challenge is not knowing what's working, according to recent research from Constant Contact.
The report was based on data from a survey conducted in June 2025 among 2,500 small business decision-makers in Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
23% of respondents say not knowing what's working is their top marketing frustration right now. Other top frustrations include that marketing is too expensive to do well (21% say so), and that it takes too much time to manage (19%).
