Over a quarter of employees expect revenge-quitting at their companies this year, according to Software Finder. The report surveyed 1007 full-time employees.

28% of employees anticipate revenge-quitting in 2025, with 4% planning to do so themselves. Low salary, feeling undervalued, and lack of career growth are top frustrations.

Employees want a four-day workweek, performance-based bonuses, and more paid time off to stay in their roles. The report surveyed full-time employees across industries.
