For B2B enterprises, producing a great product or reliable service is not enough to succeed in the digital shift that took place in 2020. To navigate this unfamiliar territory, marketers should focus on personalized webinars, email marketing, and live chats to build long-term relationships with their customers.

To ace webinars, promote them effectively on LinkedIn, include a brief Q&A at the beginning, and have a customer-centric approach. For email marketing, sign marketing emails with a real name, be conscious about what you can and cannot provide, and actively listen to customer feedback. Finally, to master live chats, recognize the importance of human customer service, get a conversation going right away, and use calls to action to open a channel for conversation.

These strategies will help to build and maintain relationships with customers and earn back their trust. Long-term engagement in a remote setting is possible with a customized buying experience, increasing conversions and leads.
